In accordance with the principles governing the disciplinary proceedings pursuant to Art. 7, L. No 300 of 1970, subtraction and disclosure of your password to any third party company integrates just cause for dismissal.
Such conduct, in fact, also incorporates the possibility - in this case discharged - which, through the use of passwords by third parties, sensitive corporate data are disseminated outside the company without permission .
