A. the Supreme Court on the basis of the relief that the case falls in the cases for which the law allows a separate finding of facts from that taken by the party on the right are based (as is the case for the state of places, for urgent needs of evidence: art . 696 CCP, the truth of a document: art. cpc 220 on the audit of private writing and art. cpc 221 on the action for fraud).
