Subject: STRIKE March 8, 2011 - USI AIT SCHOOL - SISA Syndicate independent school
The union federations have called in question "a full day strike for Tuesday, March 8, 2011 for all teaching staff and ATA, role or not, the Italian public schools.
L 'strike action in question involves the essential public service "education" in art. 1 of the Law of 12 June 1990, n. 146 and successive modifications and integrations and agreements shall set out under art. 2 of that law.
Under current regulations, the staff is invited to give their accession to the strike, however, that membership is voluntary and has not subsequently revoked.
Regarding participation of teaching staff and ATA will not be provided for the normal development of the teaching and the subsequent supervision of pupils.
I Sigg. Teachers who read this press release are requested to note the good read
on the seventh row of the class roster on the column material and write it in the diary of the students so that families are informed.
