following instance under Article 335 cpp, grant at this power of attorney filed on February 28, 2009, entitled: "Water Supply FECAL" harmful and toxic to health and food distributed to the whole population of Gela and neighboring countries, in disregard of Article 32 of the constitution ...
It states that since the application was filed the aforementioned sono trascorsi sessanta giorni e pur avendo sollecitato verbalmente e telefonicamente, a tutt’ora non viene riscontrata la nota in censura .
Duole evidenziare, a dir poco, l’ostruzionismo di chi viene pagato con soldi pubblici e viola dolosamente le leggi dello stato.
Per quanto sopra, sollecita la prima ed invita il Procuratore, a cui è diretta la nota, a voler attivare il Suo potere affinchè venga rilasciato come diritto costituzionale di ogni cittadino il certificato più volte richiesto e valuti la reiterata e dolosa situazione, ormai notoria a tutti gli iscritti dell’associazione (400 soci professionisti e non) ed alla popolazione tutta messa a conoscenza dei fatti sopra citati.
